Supplied in a kit for quick and easy installation, Termoklinker is a technically perfect panel that, in addition to being maintenance-free, reduces thermal bridges between the façade and the exterior to maintain the perfect balance between thermal, acoustic and operational efficiency.
Featured projects
A technically perfect panel that turns architecture into efficiency _
For renovation and new construction, Termoklinker combines the advantages of exposed brick façades with those of external thermal insulation, without compromising on comfort or aesthetics. Its design and product development give it overwhelming performance advantages over other external thermal insulation systems.
Thermal and acoustic insulation and protection against atmospheric agents
The origin of its materials, its energy efficiency and its design improve the environment.
Reduce air conditioning consumption in summer and heating consumption in winter.
Quick and easy installation, without compromising the effectiveness of the insulation or the structural integrity of the façade.
It highlights the beauty of the building by preserving the original façade and respecting the aesthetics of cities.
Cost savings, reduced resource consumption and guaranteed durability
The panels are mechanically fixed to the wall using five holes with integrated rosettes to speed up the installation process and ensure maximum wind suction forces as established in the Technical Building Code (CTE).
To guarantee the system’s watertightness, a single-component sealant is applied to the joints between panels, completed with the placement of five plates per panel, adhered with flexible adhesive cement, to provide continuity between panels.
The joints between plates are filled with high-quality cement mortar and, finally, cleaned with a sponge and water.
