HOW ARE THE PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED?

La Paloma collects information from Users when they use those functions in the Portal that require providing certain personal data. Specifically, La Paloma will record the following information:

The use of the various forms and/or functions provided in the Portal is voluntary. However, some fields are necessary to attend correctly to your request so that the User’s failure to provide the information required in the obligatory fields will prevent La Paloma from attending to his/her request.

FOR WHAT PURPOSE DOES LA PALOMA USE THE USERS’ PERSONAL DATA?

The personal data that the Users provide to us through the forms and functions enabled in the Portal will be processed generally to facilitate the information requested by the Users, attend to their consultations or requests and for any other purpose referred to in the forms and functions offered at any time via the Portal.

The data provided by the Users via the “Work with us” section will be used to assess and manage their possible participation in the present or future personnel selection processes carried out by La Paloma.

In addition, if the Users have subscribed to our newsletter, their personal data will be processed for sending to them by any medium including electronic media (e-mail, SMS, etc) commercial communications on our products and legal, fiscal and accounting and administration or other services we offer or provide as well as information on our activities, including relevant news on La Paloma and information on the events we organise, sponsor or in which La Paloma or its professionals participate in another manner.

The Users’ personal data will not be communicated to third parties except to comply with legal obligations to which La Paloma is subjected.

LEGALITY OF THE PROCESSING

The legal basis of the processing is the consent given by Users on accepting this Privacy Policy and the relevant check boxes.

FOR HOW LONG ARE YOUR DATA KEPT?

The personal data will be kept for the time necessary to attend to and manage the information requested by the Users, attend to their consultations or requests or to fulfil another purpose referred to in the forms and functions offered through the Portal at any time.

The personal data provided through the “Work with us” section is kept for at most one year. We understand that after this period, your data may be out of date so that all your information is deleted.

If you have subscribed to our newsletter or have otherwise consented to our sending you commercial communications, your data will be kept until you cancel that consent. 

After the above periods have elapsed, the Users’ personal data may be blocked and kept by La Paloma to attend to any responsibilities arising from the processing and for only the period required by those responsibilities. After this period, the personal data will be deleted by La Paloma.

HOW MUST I UPDATE MY PERSONAL DATA?

The User guarantees that the personal data provided to La Paloma via this Portal are true, correct, up to date and complete. The User is responsible for informing La Paloma of any modification or update to them by sending a communication to the postal or e-mail addresses given in the “How can I exercise my rights?” section and following the instructions there.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I GIVE LA PALOMA DATA FOR OTHER PERSONS?

Generally, it is forbidden for Users to provide personal data relating to other persons. However, if the User provides personal data for others, these persons must be told the contents of this Privacy Policy before their data is included or communicated to La Paloma. The User guarantees that the prior consent of these persons to communicate their personal data to La Paloma for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy has been obtained.
